Be it ever so gloomy it is decidedly Spring and I an getting used to it. What is going to happen when we actually get some heat and full on sunshine? We are well into May and it feels like this intermittent cool, wet, and lukewarm Spring could puddle right into Summer and I have kind of stopped caring. At least it is mild - except when the wind picks up. Seriously though I would like to have a real summer here in PDX but I am losing hope and the energy to moan about it.
So, true! All us Pacific NW people moaning in May. Not fair, huh? Lovely 'hood though!

ReplyDeleteThe land of permanent winter. I don't think they have summer here, only winter and then a spring like thing for three months. ;)
ReplyDeleteI am transplanted from Palm Springs. I have been here for four years and am still waiting for summer.
It is nice to know I am not alone. :)
